Scheduling Coordinator
Ubicación: Bucaramanga, Colombia
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:55 a.m. a 4:55 p.m. (ET), algunos sábados
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with scheduling appointments and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage calls will directly contribute to patient satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and other related requests.
Confirm schedules for dental offices and ensure accurate appointment management.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department or contact when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Participate actively in training sessions and team communication meetings.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously improve performance.
Follow established scheduling and call center procedures.
Requirements
Hard Skills
Previous experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative support roles preferred.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
Knowledge of scheduling systems is a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
